WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver free within a nine mile radius of BN14 7DY, If you require delivery further afield we charge a small delivery fee. Our main areas for delivery are: Amberley, Angmering, Arundel, Ashington, Bramber, Burndell, Clapham, Climping, East Preston, Findon, Hammerpot, Henfield, Lancing, Littlehampton, Lyminster, Patching, Poling, Portslade, Pulborough, Rustington, Shoreham, Sompting, Southwick, Steyning, Storrington, Tortington, Upper Beading, Wick, Worthing. Some of the mentioned areas are further than nine miles and so a delivery fee will be applied.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE THE CASTLE?
We aim to have all castles delivered before Midday, and start collecting early evening, usually in the same order that we deliver, so that everyone gets the same amount of time. However should you be having your party earlier or later we can work around this. Should you require the castle overnight we apply a reduction to the second day hire.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
We do not charge a deposit all we require is cash on delivery.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?
It will take around 20 minutes to set up the castle as we need to stake it down safely, check the electricity and inflate the castle. It will take a few minutes longer to dismantle.
WHAT AGES CAN USE THE CASTLES?
The Bart Simpson Bouncy Caslte is suitable for all ages including adults but all the other castles are for children, please check the castle description for the age limit.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL THE CASTLE DUE TO BAD WEATHER?
The three larger castles come with rain covers and so unless the bad weather is forecast for all day most people still want the bouncy castles. If the weather is especially wet and windy then we would not charge for cancellation.
WHAT SURFACES CAN THE CASTLE BE ERECTED ON?
We prefer to errect our castles on grass but in some cases we may be able to erect on hard surfaces dependant upon anchorage points. We will provide safety mats for the front of the castle.
CAN THE CASTLE BE USED INDOORS?
Yes we can supply sandbags, a clean groundsheet and safety mats to enable the use of our castles indoors.
